Make sure you don't have the noise reduction headset option in the crj manager. Persoanlly, it sounds pretty much like every crj I have been on, especially when you consider where the pilots are in relation to the engine position. Stop deflecting from what he said - in that there has been 5 installers already you can look at that as a supportive company or a company that after 7 years released a very buggy product.
