February 7, 20206 yr I have no idea how they are able to "equalize" things compared to the patchy, often ugly satellite imagery. I mean, blah blah AI, I get it. But it still is crazy.

February 10, 20206 yr I installed the Bing Earth View app, and took a look at some of the cities which have photogrammetry in them. I haven't counted how many there is, but if they plan to use them in MSFS, I was quite surprised to see the selection of cities. In Australia (no, I'm not even from down under 🙂 ) there's a town like Wollongong, but not Sydney or Melbourne.Does that mean that the screenshots we have seen of Sydney (without the Harbor bridge), is all made by Azure's AI? Jorn Lundtoft I don't always stop and look at airplanes.........Oh wait, Yes I do. February 10, 20206 yr It is quite an outstanding feat of the Azure's AI and is not even near finished yet and will ever evolve. Impressive is an understatement for sure!
February 10, 20206 yr I noticed the Maldives in Bing Maps is a lot better looking than in Google, though both are still pretty low res. I wonder what they’ll look like in this.
February 10, 20206 yr Wow, that pretty impressive for a computer program to be able to do that. Ofcourse certain landmarks like the Opera house and Harbor bridge, has to me "handmade", can't wait to see the rest of the world when Azure has done it's magic. My brother has Coronavirus, confirmed by testing. On 3/26 he almost didn't survive the night. He had extreme trouble breathing and was given a steroid inhaler. He was very weak, had nausea, and other issues that aren't pleasant. As of this update he is feeling much better, and seems he will be fine. Stay safe out there. (Updated 4/6)
