September 30, 20205 yr Just once more I see that they ARE listeining. That they ARE willing to learn and work through bugs and added features with US all. The only thing they could do better is having the community managers, best on their forum, who actively react to feedback to reassure people that they ARE being heard and that things WILL get looked into, and that work on it IS progressing. Pre-release testing for all kinds of patches as well, they just need time to get the system from the Alpha/Beta testing back on track.
