Oh boy!  I need another coffee, then I will re-read this thread and see if I can make any sense of it.

I'm usually all in for new ideas, but I think I will pass on this one. It's just too complicated for attempting on a Saturday, right after lunch. However, I have been wrong before.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Well, Asobo use some commas in their text to make it more readable, so they are good at that.  Here's some for you!.

You know, normally I support people with sincere questions, but in this case I'm very happy someone felt as I did A reading the OP actually hurt my eyes, but once I was in it i became committed to both finishing the sentence, and then completing the paragraph, and the going back to re-read and try to fathom it, and I still don't quite get it, but that's okay, but I did have to keep stopping and then going back to read it over and it just kept running on and on and changing focus, and, and, whew!  Sorry, I just can't do this anymore!  LOL!

In the end, I don't know what the heck that was actually about, but whatever it is, I'm for it!

Was wondering if the few of you that actually know how to fix current problems know the actual solution why not posted here ? seems like we have so many experts i figure post your fix here in detail since apparently we get a million and a half replys from some that describe what asobo should fix why dont you all open up files and post what you changed here that way since again we have so many experts that talk like they knew years ago what or how things should off been done come on share what you know . I just had to get this off my chest , I see so many opinions with a kind of authority that trys to make it look like 3 5 year olds are the ones behind the development of what we have today that i figure ill ask the few of you that know so much to teach the 3 5 year olds how is done .

If you need someone to take you to a meeting then let me know! Say it with me... I will not drink and post, I will not drink and ...  LOL!

No harm, foul, or ill will intended, all in good fun my friend!

Very close.  It is actually 43.33 and nobody even thought to mention changing the Framistan.

It is a truth universally acknowledged, that a single engined plane in possession of a bad auto pilot, must be in want of an Asobo update. It was a dark and stormy night when thus I turned on my computer in front of my friends. Well, they aren't laughing any more! It was the best of updates, it was the worst of updates. It was the files of wisdom, it was the files of foolishness. But it made the planes fly on time, so call me Ishmael !

Do I detect a Nathan Lowell fan? 😄   If not, start with Quarter Share. Series included free with Kindle Unlimited and you can read on your PC with a free app.

Think Horatio Hornblower in the space merchant fleet.  The author used almost every one of those examples at some point in the series.  Excellent sci fi.

But don't forget to make a backup of your hooferknacker.xml file before trying this, and for goodness sakes don't do any of this on a Wednesday...especially in the afternoon.

Oh geez, how remiss of me!🤦‍♂️ Sorry if anyone messed up their installation because I forgot to mention that.🥺

Thanks, I will look into Lowell's Amazon offerings!

I do believe that any successful serious fiction writer is standing on Jane Austen's shoulders because she got there first. Before her, fiction was sermonistic homilies, tall tales, stories that went bump in the night; and everyone called them novels.

Lol that was horrible grammar and I apologize , Its what comes out of someone’s mind after you get a  little tired of reading the opinions of people who don’t know how to write a single line of code and act like they know everything ... by the way im not fixing it just to remind myself of the things I write sometimes. Lol 😂. At least I can do much better in my native language.

The solution is pretty obvious:

  1. close any aircraft windows currently open
  2. shut down the aircraft
  3. get out of the aircraft
  4. get back in the aircraft
  5. start up the aircraft
  6. open all the aircraft windows again
  7. everything should be fine
