December 19, 20205 yr Hi guys, I'm sure I'm not alone here, I've downloaded quite a few freeware airports and opened my wallet on some stunning airport sceneries. I'm currently enroute to ORBX LOWG in the FBW A320 currently thinking about my favourite airports to land. I think its hard to pick one but I'm totally in love with ORBX LIEO [Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport] Olbia is a beautiful city located in north Sardinia, just off the coast of mainland Italy. With a population of 60,000, it is one of the major cities on the island. As well as being an industrial and commercial hub for the region, the city is most well-known as a famous holiday destination. Visitors from around Europe and the world flock to the city during the summer months to enjoy the plentiful beaches and spectacular scenery. As well as traditional travelers, the city is popular with high-end and VIP travelers; as can be seen at the airport’s corporate terminal. Sardinia is such a beautiful island, its a great location to land a big iron - geographically it means you can hop between Spain/France/Germany/Austria/Italy etc. Its also great to just take the Cub or 172 for a sightseeing tour around the island. December 20, 20205 yr Tends to be my latest download 😄 In my case last week was the freeware YSPT Southport QLD (brilliant and freeware) and the bargain payware Cholet LFOU (really good value for just a few dollars US on the marketplace) . But currently it is Milford Sound NZMF freeware, spectacular area to fly in especially with the addon updating the surrounding mountains. Edited December 20, 20205 yr by Glenn Fitzpatrick
December 20, 20205 yr I forget the name, but there was a great little sloped dirt field just north-west of Hilo in Flight, and I was looking forward to seeing it depicted in MSFS. Sadly, it isn't there.
