Anyone seen any generic church outside UK & Ireland? I was desperately hoping that those churches were not limited to the world update region, but they obviously are, no churches found in Switzerland for example. What a bummer...

Old Trafford is on the list but I did fly over that way to double check and you are right the stadium is not there. Just the top-down satalite view of it, I do wonder if they have missed it by accident or "Old Trafford" is something else to them 😛

I think it was a City supporter that released the update 😈.

Servers are down everywhere.

maybe not surprising considering how busy it was over London today ...

What plane is that Glenn?

Call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind, but I prefer Rob.

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's.  Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

The marketplace Aerolite 103.

Crazy little thing, a bit pricey but fantastic for checking out scenery.

However be warned it has a myriad of glitches they do need to fix like the slip ball works backwards and it spawns rolling backwards 😄  Looks good and flies OK though.

We are getting off topic here, but here is another vid of it ...

That's what I tried but had major issues until I finally found a way to make it work described here.

Yay!  For all you Brummies - Flying Theston has updated all of his Birmingham and other local scenery packs to work with the new update.  Some of his work is better than Asobo and vice-versa, so he has hybridised it.  This also includes updates on his EGBB and the surrounding area.  Good on him!  I was hoping for this.

This guy also did the excellent Wellesbourne Mountford airfield just south of Brum, which includes the static Vulcan Bomber model - that is superb as well. (Also just updated I notice).

No disrespect intended, perhaps, but you still call them states, when they are in fact countries. Not independent ones but nontheless.

Agreed, I wrote too fast and mixed up my words and terms. My apologies. A country can also be referred to as a state or a nation in general speak though. Of course the UK is a collection of countries within a country but even with devolved governments, they are still ruled in many areas ultimately by Westminster in London (which is what I was referring to). I simply meant that the UK is a soverign united kingdom (collection of countries) and the Republic of Ireland is a seperate soverign independent country. So in terms of soverign countries, there are for the sake of simplicity, two completely and seperate soverign territories in this update (acknowledging that the seperate soverign territory, the UK has 4 capitals and 4 countries but with London being the capital where the greatest center of power lies). And Dublin as the capital of the other soverign state here is sadly largely ignored.

The capital of Scotland, Edinburgh for example recieved far more attention than Dublin did which ia great for those living in Scotland but not so impressive for Irish simmers to be ignored. Belfast also received more landmarks than Dublin did.
