This is using your payware mod right? 
Does it auto edit the distance for you? Just dump it in community folder?

Yes, I am not sure what you mean by auto edit distance. You can adjust that in "tree" slider in sim setting.

Yes just dump in community folder.

 

I will test level 400 for stutters.

Payware mod worth every penny I paid. I had no idea that Bijan had updated the mod so now my Seasons will shine again.

Yes, and if the sim changes it back to default automictically, you can set the file to "read only"

Sorry I meant the distance that the trees show. So that they don’t just pop in below you like they do after current update.

Please show a video from a higher altitude (4-6000 ft).  I have the Winter Tree version (payware version from mid Feb) and trees only go out several miles with an obvious cutoff and popping in of trees. The free Tree/veg mod had trees much further out with no discernable popping even at high altitudes. If your latest version fixes that then please show a proper video up higher and maybe in an area without mountains since they obscure the scenery further out.

Interesting, I may purchase it, nothing to lose now that the current update has ruined the LOD

I agree completely...Bijan's mod is excellent. Just installed v4 and it looks terrific.

Since the tree distance is too far from you, you won't see any popups. You can see no pop up in the video I posted.

I'm glad that this thread was started otherwise Bijan doesn't come here to save the day (sim.) We need devs like him to fix things as ASOBO breaks them. 😀
