If you go up a couple of posts you will see that a problem was reported by the beta testers and Asobo ignored it and released the update anyway. Any more questions? As far as I understand it was NOT reported by beta testers but by the developer of that tool. But jumping to strange conclusions is Bob's style. 🙂
April 13, 20215 yr Performance Improved? I noticed the work has now been shifted from the CPU (Primary core) to the GPU. GPU is close to 100% most of the time, CPU not so much. Anyone else noticed the workload shift? Interesting. Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter

April 13, 20215 yr Lol - they add just three handcrafted airports and for some random reason Neofly gave me a mission to Megève Airport (LFHM) two days ago. On route they called in and said the customer (darn VIPs) had changed their mind and wanted to go to Annency (LFLP) instead where I managed to set down my TBM with 300 feet to the cieling and pouring rain (Sunday evening if that was correct IRL). No ILS so I had to go down until I saw the ground and hug the Annency roofs in my circuit. Managed to do it but thanked the gods I was re-routed from LFHM. One of the best sim experiences of my life actually in VR... It was meant to be - and I must go to LFHM now 🙂 Ryzen 9800X3D | Gigabyte X670 Aorus Elite AX MB | 64GB 6000Mhz DDR5 | RTX 5080 GPU | Windows 11 Pro x64 | Virpil T-50 Throttle | T50 CM2 Grip + WarBRD | VKB T-rudder MK IV | Asus PG279Q 1440p | Pimax Crystal Light VR | Samsung 980 Pro as system disk and Samsung 990 Pro M2 SSD for games

Possibly standalone WASM modules will need to be recompiled against the new SDK to work in the new sim version. However, the Aerosoft CRJ which is 100 percent WASM does appear to work with today’s update, and that was built using SDK 0.11.0.0. It may depend on which WASM functions are being used. Unfortunately not. I built the stand alone WASM sample from the 0.12 - same crash. It is only the standalone modules that are affected, not those that are part of an aircraft package. LORBY-SI
