Latest significant freeware updates at Flightsim.to...

Both the great Savage Grravel (yes, Grravel) and Savage Carbon mods have been updated to include the latest Asobo aerodynamics tweaks, and the trim / balance issue has been fixed (which was the only issue I had).  I really like both of these.

Mr Bad has also just released a new version of Addon linker that has a map for east scenery selection/deselection.  His map has better water masks than Asobo!   He is such a humble guy; he actually points people towards other addon linkers that he thinks might be better than his!  I like his personally as I am used to it and it does everything I need.

Also, for those that missed it, the C172 on floats by Bagolu is over there.  His bush C172 and taildragger variant are also great.

I am also looking forward to the Community C152 update due shortly.  That will be quite a good update by the look of things, with many features added.

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

When you thought the linker can't be further improved, he's just done it. A map is the icing on the cake.

Thanks for the headup.

Has anyone got a custom Dev Bing Key working with the Map ?

I've tried the one I use for NeoFly and a newly generated one but neither seem to want to play nicely.

Forget that - it's decide to work now 🙂

Mr Bad should be renamed to Mr Good. This MSFS Addons Linker is a must for every MSFS user.

Please add this one to your list of recently updated addons, the pushback toolbar, to v1.1:

Wow! We need some form of recognition for efforts like this!  I am not certain I have found more value in another mod.  Great value in others.  Absolutely.  But I use his linker with each flight.  No other mod equals that for me, likely due to the variety of mods aircraft to aircraft.  WT mods are excellent but due to aircraft selection I do not have any one of them in actual use during each flight.  Same with PMS.

I would this also extend to the flightsim.to operators. They do an absolutely professional service optimized in usability for us, for free. Some business shop sites could learn a lesson from them.

Ouch!  That was below the belt.  Anyway, the OP was referring to MSFS!

Wow!  Is shows all your addon sceneries and sceneries currently selected as active are depicted in green.  Awesome!

You can see a circuit I recently flew from maryland up into NE Pennsylvania.

Quick question about updating MSFS add on linker…it says “For updating, repeat the same process after deleting the files that came with the previous version.” OK, easy enough, but when you do this, is the directory structure recognized in the app after you update it? I have three directories, aircraft, scenery, and custom, will they be accessed in the app after updating or do I have to point the app towards those three directories again?  I’m on an old version of add on linker since November, and it works! Don’t want to screw it up.

Thanks!

Yes, Addon linker is really outstanding!

Thanks a lot, Mr Bad.
