Thanks but I wanted to know where can I find an earlier version of the driver (without any outer app).?

Intel i7-9700K - AMD 7900 XT (VRAM 20GB) - 32 Gb Ram - SSD Drive - Win10 x64 - Samsung 43" 4K TV - Quest 3 VR

I always download the drivers right away when they come out BUT then I set a reminder to wait to install each version exactly 6 months after it came out to make sure they have "aged" appropriately.  This way, I am always running stable older drivers but they are also regularly updated. Win-win.

Nope

NVcleaninstall is the way to go for nvidia drivers, you can manually select what driver you want (historical and current) but also strip out the nvidia bloatware that comes with it

Unless you have Naraka: Bladepoint, or Back 4 Blood Open Beta and Psychonauts 2 or one of the 7 new G-SYNC Compatible displays there's no need to update drivers.

i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200,  RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024

Nothing exploded here.   Working fine in War Thunder,  and FS2020.

Im finding this driver is silky smooth and a bit less blurry terrain at altitude - like it so far I only load the basics none of the bloat

I absolutely swear by this program.   Use it to only install the display driver and nothing else.  The amount of useless bloat with nvidia drivers is insane, as is the amount of processes running with the full install.

Quick and easy to use and super useful if you want to try some older drivers.

Highly recommended for anyone who hates unnecessary bloat. .

Its proper name is NVCleanstall if anyone's looking for it.

Things got better eventually and I'm now on latest (2070Super), i did try 457 again recently but it performed badly, but i may revisit it to double check Vs the latest drivers one day soon.
