Flying into TPA are we?

I have never really gotten into the G1000.  Maybe now's the time?

Have you had any CTD's with the new version?

Nothing at all.

I do get the occasional CTD at launching the sim. Just subtracts about 5 minutes from my flying time .. 😁

In the past, I have flown mainly GTN 750 and GNS 530, which in many ways are similar..

Garmin uses a common interface wherever possible.

If you are used to other Garmin GPS units, the G1000 will be easy to get into.. 😉

I think Asobo absolutely loves WT because they know there are talented people offering more experienced simmers the opportunity to use closer to real life applications, and allows them to focus on improving other parts of the sim.

I just did an LPV down to Mins into Akron Ohio with the G36.

I was really really good!

I hope these guys keep developing the NXi to a high level.

Will also point out that very accomplished developers were here and could have provided more at the outset of MSFS than took us a year to get to this point.

Come on dude, can't you just let people have a thread about being nice?

Yes.  I am happy with where this has arrived.  No question.  For the record!
