How about implement an atc and ai traffic that is not complete trash? Did FSX become a 'video game' when they added similar stuff with the Acceleration expansion pack? The people doing the bug fixing are not the same people who would be developing these updates. A development studio would have several teams working on several things. There is most likely a team dedicated just to finding and fixing bugs.

August 25, 20214 yr Unfortunately these novelty add-ons aren't going to be optional are they. They will be part of a mandatory update I'm sure but I do hope they can be removed in the Content Manager.

You make it sound like somebody is trying to store dead bodies in your basement. "Unfortrunately", the restaurant just served me a couple of free entrées. How dare they! It's probably precisely those "novelty add-ons" that drive sales of MSFS 2020, sales that, in the end, benefit the guy who likes to flip switches and turn knobs just as much as the kid with the XBOX-controller. Btw, I'm not interested in these add-ons either, but I'm extremely happy that Asobo/Microsoft don't seem to have lost their enthusiasm for MSFS. Edited August 25, 20214 yr by Ricardo41

Not ***** again. Features like races and "Top-Gun" are important to keep the base motivated and bring new players in on a constant basis. Some of the will be the hardcore simmers and, more importantly, pilots of the future. Have you seen the interview where Jörg says what they are doing with the Junkers? They have reached out to the grandson of the aircraft's creator *and* are collaborating with the museum that holds one of the last units to get the sounds, look and feel right. Does it sound like what your average game developer would do? This is love for aviation of the highest order and MS/Asobo should be commended for that. August 25, 20214 yr Neuman, with his profound insights of what flight simulation should be, is already busy preparing the Gamescom 2022. The main feature will be a reboot of Crimson Skies taking place in MSFS. Pirates in the skies ! Can’t wait ! We need to have the 5 to 9 year-old kids coming to the sim.
