I have only owned the Seneca a few days and am very pleased with it. The Seminole has the same auto pilot and I have done around 70 flights so far with it, using the AP, and have never had any problem at all, best AP in MSFS so far.

I ended up with too many planes. I'm missing Lorby-SI's WAMA (Where Are My Airplanes) in MSFS which was available in prior versions of MSFS (eg P3D). The TBM 930 has so many nice free liveries now that it would be really nice to just line them up parked in an airport and enjoy the beauty of livery art. I also miss the ability to examine plane liveries by rotating the planes while in the airplane selection screens. Hardware: i7-8700k, GTX 1070-ti, 32GB ram, NVMe/SSD drives with lots of free space. I replied in the context of someone mentioning buying a Seminole but having too many planes, and how best 'd enjoy having too many planes. 🙂 Edited October 24, 20214 yr by bofhlusr Hardware: i7-8700k, GTX 1070-ti, 32GB ram, NVMe/SSD drives with lots of free space. What I do is set the VS I want, prior to engaging the AP on toggle switch. Hit VS, turn the knob to get the rate you want, I use around 1,000 fpm ascending, and then climbing away from the airport, I engage the AP toggle switch, and it climbs at 1,000 fpm. That's exactly how I use VS AP in the Seneca. Works well for me... PC: AMD 9850X3D, RAM 64GB, Geforce GTX 5090 (32GB), MSFS 2020, MSFS 2024, Pimax Super 50PPD, Quest 3

The problem with that as far as I know is we only get to see the front view AND only after the plane livery is loaded. Is there a way to view the plane livery from the side and the top too? October 24, 20214 yr Yeah go to the hangar and pan around it with your mouse or peripheral buttons. | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

I've spent a couple hundred hours up in a Saratoga and later a Seneca II (7 seats with the optional center seat). For some reason, the AP gets stuck in ALT mode when I try picking VS on my Honeycomb Bravo. I hit VS, it registers for less than a second, then flips right back to ALT. Also can't turn off ALT unless you're on APR. I'm quite curious if anyone's figured out a fix yet for the AP controls (excellent that they're a 90% match for the Bravo's AP), to get VS to lock in instead of having to push VS a few times while turning the knob to get it to climb or descent. Also, the range is ridiculous-- about twice what the actual plane would get. The digital gauge read 11.0 GPH and it flew for almost 12 hours-- with another hour or so remaining in the fuel tanks. Cruise was between 120-130 IAS with ground speeds around 130-140. I did that in live time & weather. My best guess is unfamiliar avionics and that I setup a super-long-range cruise enabled by the less than ideal engine/cruise simulation coding on Asobo/Microsoft's part.
