The latest release date for SU7, on the latest roadmap, is listed as To Be Announced. It says Sim Update 7 is being released on November 18 - look at the SU 7 (11.18.2021): I think they forgot to update the actual date on the Development Roadmap, but they did update it on the Feedback snapshot. i5-12400, RTX 3060 Ti, 32 GB RAM

Indeed. It appears the documents aren't communicating with each other 😉
November 5, 20214 yr OT but I found it interesting that other pages in update put SU8 as mid-late February 3 months after SU7. Presumably one of those months will have a WU in it but are MS planning to skip a month for updates ? Edited November 5, 20214 yr by Matchstick
November 5, 20214 yr For me, even with the reported issues and etc, I far prefer a sim in vigorous active development than what we had previously, with two so-called updates in 10 years, and one of them never really worked (DX10 Preview....) We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically. November 5, 20214 yr I want to perpetuate a dirty rumour I just saw, because sometimes they can be fun! The SU7 beta was pulled because they didn't want it leaked that there is an implementation of ray tracing within the DX12 preview. Asobo are keen on putting in ray tracing, as we know. It has been mentioned by them a few times, and would fix quite a few rendering problems. One comment I saw... They should be improving and fixing the current problems before implementing something that will send my 30fps to 0 just so I can see a reflection in a puddle. Many LOL's at that! Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. Makes sense, but prepare for more disappointment now if it is just rumour 😉 Agreed re the ray traced puddle, in terms of performance. You do need a RTX (or AMD equivalent GPU) for that, anyway, so it's not something I'll see with my GTX1070. Also, if true, the secrecy failed a little bit 😂 Edited November 5, 20214 yr by March Hare

November 5, 20214 yr Please DO NOT FORGET to fix the photogrammetry in SU8 because lots of simmers can not enjoy the photogrammetry graphics. So if you DO NOT fix this problem then it's not worth making photogrammetry sceneries. Edited November 5, 20214 yr by MOD_FLYER
