If I let MartinAir installed will it show an Update when the models are being released, so I do not have to keep track of all missing models ?

I would really like to THANK all of the people who are involved making this AIGAIM working and compatible with MSFS! It is truly a huge benefit for me and enhances the sim a lot. Having "much better looking" trafiic, compared to the Generic, adds a lot of immersion.

I have started to use the sim more intensively the last 2 weeks and as soon as we have a decent A320 (FENIX or FBW with VNAV!) I will convert completely to MSFS (although I will monitor P3D closely as a BETA tester there).

Thanks to @Kaiii3 and the whole team and people in background!

For those of us who use MSFS Addons Linker, can we set this path to where we store our addons?

So can I do for example D:\Community Addons

No, you can't change that during initial setup, but afterwards ... just do this:

AIRCRAFT TRAFFIC TYPE should be OFF, the AIM-OCI traffic is injected through AIGTC, rest looks ok. AI AIRCRAFT DENSITY doesn't matter, (will in fact be greyed out when you select OFF above), but GROUND AIRCRAFT DENSITY should be 0, like you have it.

I could be wrong but I've also dialled down Ground Aircraft Density to 0. This seems to prevent MSFS from placing inappropriate AI aircraft at gates etc and leaves AIG to do its stuff unhindered. As a result just spawned at KOAK and seeing lots of Fedex planes and no GA aircraft all over the place as would normally be the case, Been a bit fiddly getting it going but looking really good!

I'm not seeing any performance hit even with it turned on full and checking out places like KLAX and KSFO. Still get the odd stutter when taxiing but that's the sim, not this add on I believe

And... Is the default ATC able to manage the traffic or not?

I remember when AIG was recommended for P3D, and after reading about installing it, I decided that it was not something I wanted to get involved with so I got Ultimate Traffic Live, which installed easily and always worked. In MSFS 2020 I am pretty happy with Real Traffic, which I use all the time. Hoping they improve it, but can live with it the way it is now.
