November 18, 20214 yr Exactly the same as with W10 for me. I haven't had an MSFS CTD yet on W11 (I had the odd one with W10), but I changed a few other things (graphics, LOD settings) as well, so the extra stability could be down to either. I would like to claim that the sim seems smoother in W11, but I can't, because I can't quantify it, but from that statement you can see I am happy with it, and it is certainly no worse. Any frame rate difference is not measurable. It short - all good for me in MSFS, and W11 isn't so bad in itself really. There is nothing I miss from W10, but you just have to get used to a few things being in a different place in the settings etc. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's. Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

November 19, 20214 yr Author I can't run it with the Ryzen 5700 graphics card. It's brutal. Flights start off fine then it drops to about 10fps and the menu system is all choppy. It's not windows 11 that's the problem it's that card. Had to roll back to a March driver and back to Win 10. Think I'm going to switch out for Nvidia.
