Weather Updates from Asobo?

Featured Replies

Anything new on weather stability from Asobo?   I have been using Rex Weather Force when MSFS weather seem to not be working.  It works for now, but would love consistency from MSFS on weather.

Its been working really well for me since the last small fix they sent out.

It's again down here. No metar available at LSGG. Cloudless sky, 15 degrees and QNH 1013.

I wonder if tomorrow's update will bring anything new regarding the weather....?

Flying  right now in the Alaskan region, weathers good in sim comparing to metars off of skyvector 🤷‍♂️

I find the weather catastrophic.
I fly a lot where the sky is overcast and it is not represented in MSFS the same for the weather in cruise no more consistency with meteoblue before I could have clouds at high altitude it no longer exists .... there was a big problem since SU7

My last several flights have encountered the dreaded 'sudden weather change' that was supposedly fixed.  I have seen clouds completely disappear/reappear and I saw a huge haze layer pop in right in front of me yesterday on approach to Bakersfield, CA.  The Live WX really has been a big disappointment since their attempt to blend Metar's...

They seem to forgotten the golden rule "if it ain´t broken, don´t fix it".... Well, what can we do..?. Nothing.

The weather has been a disaster from day 1, absolutely ZERO stability in this area of the sim coming up two years now.

Yes the same ! I hope they can sort this out soon... in cruising also now the 320 FBW loses or gains a lot of speed at once at the limit of stalling and overspeed as in the old fashioned way on FS9/FSX

There were some server issues that seem to have been resolved. I am currently enroute from Houston to Detroit at FL350 in the CRJ. At the moment winds aloft, temperature and pressure are rock solid.

Skies over Texas were clear on departure and climb out. The real -time satellite map on my iPad shows some high clouds over Little Rock and I can see them in the sim, at my current altitude and a little higher…

I am curious when snow on the ground will first appear. Should happen over central Illinois.

I would like them to implement stratus, and realistic visibility.
