April 11, 20224 yr Often noise-related nicknames don't refer to external sound. The 727 was one of the loudest airplanes around, to the point where now even ones retrofitted with hush kits are banned from some airports. But it was called the whisperjet because with the engines all the way in the back, the cabin was nice and quiet. Ryzen 7 7800X3D/B650 X AX | 5090 | 32gig | Win10 | Pimax Crystal Light

April 12, 20224 yr Commercial Member Here's that next tutorial video covering Takeoff and Climb. Look out for the nattty diagrams and instruction around the 3 mins 40 second time covering the actual climb procedure. Actually should be very helpful. Enjoy the video and remember all of these tutorial videos will be part of the 146 Professional Playlist as hosted on our YT channel.
April 14, 20224 yr Commercial Member Final tutorial in this series. This one shows Descent, Landing and Shutdown. More video to follow prior to release to demo other features and systems within the 146. Enjoy and here's to a Happy Easter to you all...
April 19, 20224 yr Pic shows why I'm excited about it. One time on this forum I wrote 'my beloved YAK18'. It really is just a simplistic mediocre sim of a fast flying boxcar but it had those long flaps that dropped it down like stone from high speeds onto short runways. Like all those many Swiss mountain valley airports. So here with the BAE, they mention London City AP and the unpaved gold mining strips in Western Australia. High speed steep descents. So Justflight says, made possible by a "sophisticated ground approach warning system special steep approach functionality". London City AP 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. April 21, 20224 yr Not sure if this has been posted in another thread but noticed this PDF was uploaded yesterday: Quote A slightly differnet kind of Development Update for you this time - As we're sure you're aware by now our 146 Professional for MSFS has been massively improved over the original P3D & X-Plane versions. To help you get a handle on what's new and improved here's a handy little guide that lists everything that's new. You can download and read the document via this link. April 22, 20224 yr Anyone knows why BAE on the throttle, made the 1 bold then 2,3,4 regular and why did they use comic sans mc for the font?

Those numbers look hand-carved. Based on a google image search, JF is using the wrong font. That 4 is nothing like the real ones I’ve found online. EddieKABQ
