May 3, 20224 yr I followed the check list and got the Kodiak started, but when I remove the brakes and apply throttle to taxi, I'm not moving. I must be doing something wrong here. Any ideas? May 3, 20224 yr I can't remember, but does this aircraft have chocks? If so, are they removed for taxi? May 3, 20224 yr Author Yes I do have a Parking brake binding. Brake on or off I do not move. BTW, also prop trq is all the up. Really odd. I am going to try a reload of the aircraft and see if that corrects things. May 3, 20224 yr Is the plane fully loaded? Takes a lot more thrust to get her moving if full. That said, if she isn’t moving at all and the engines are running, it seems to be something with the brakes as several have mentioned.
