AIG is an excellent, free alternative. it's natural for the discussion to tend to turn in that direction.

June 3, 20224 yr I don't think that they are hating on simple traffic. It's just that it's taking ASOBO forever to fix the AI in MSFS. AIG has better models and is more realistic. If AIG develops an easier way to install all the liveries and don't force TC updates, more users would be using it. I gave up on AIG, but will soon revisit the add-on if ASOBO doesn't improve AI traffic. I hate seeing low flying airliners or 747s parked at small GA airfields. Edited June 3, 20224 yr by DJJose MSFS

June 3, 20224 yr The low flybys of AI are terrible. This didn't always use to be the case, but I can't remember when it started. As I stated in the ADE thread, the MSFS AI is horrible. The articles AIG has put out about it just scratch the surface about how bad it really is. James

I use live traffic all the time, and don't see those airliners buzzing the tower. I think that is only when using AI Traffic.

By using live traffic you also have few planes parked, planes that pop into/out of existance, etc. (unless you use static aircraft in which case you get random incorrect airlines parked that don't move) Live traffic has it's on problems. To be honest, when I am at an airport, I am setting the plane up for my flight, looking at the FP, weather etc. The last thing I would think of doing is getting a clipboard, and walking around on the ramp to see if I can find an airline that doesn't belong at a gate....😉 Edited June 3, 20224 yr by Bobsk8
