My favourite was the screaming when my X52 became unplugged while in VR and I hurtled down to the mountain side, a nice touch from FSR.

I had this for XP so I’m trying the free trial first before buying.  One issue I’ve noted is that some of the sounds seem to reset back to “on” even after turning them off.  For example, you can turn off the cockpit ambience sounds, go into takeoff roll and then hit reset for that category, but then the cockpit ambience sounds reappear.  You then need to go back and turn them on/off again.  Anyway, perhaps a bug, but otherwise seems to be a very nice product.

All fair points for what you're stating, but just my take: unconforming to popular *opinion* is not the problem, it is when someone posts misinformation or tries to convey opinion as fact. In this case, FSRealistic never said they'll provide a *free* upgrade when MSFS added SDK support.. their initial statements were misinterpreted by some who chose to make a fuss of it here, and that unsurprisingly lead to pushback. 

Similarly in other cases when misinformation is spouted (especially when it's obvious that it's intentional - not the case here btw), piling up on that poster would be an unsurprising reaction.

MSFS lacks the feel of landing that X-Plane has, so I bought this with no regrets.

Something very annoying about Q8's narration,maybe it's the delay effects he uses on his voice - immediate turn-off.

Immersion is just great!   Great visual buffeting around Myrtle Beach today, with Live Weather coming in for a Final,...the cabin was rockin' and rolling!  Then both the start and stop engine cabin shudder....just grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat!  Great update price, too!

How well does this work with the Fenix A320?

I am guessing by the response of quite a few people here that it indeed it is likely that it did say somewhere that it would be a paid upgrade, but I, as well as clearly a significant number of others, hadn't seen that and were confused by today's news. So something must have been unclear somewhere. It is also possible I heard it in a video review and maybe that's why I thought this.

It doesn't matter anyway. I made my point earlier that I think was a valid one as other's were clearly surprised too so I am far from alone here. Seems a few on this forum can't stand anyone else having a different perspective/opinion hence why this discussion/debate became needlessly long. I am not going to get hung up on it. I will probably pay the 6 dollars as I like the effects and still think it is a good addon. 

Thank you Steve. We did our best to communicate this issue since start and be transparent as much as possible., obviously we missed some of you guys. We respect anyone's opinion , and understand that cost issue is a sensitive one. We do fill confident and good about the fact that our product does deliver the value it is priced for. Hopefully the market will continue to show us the same. Thank you again and thank you everyone on this thread for the feedbacks. 

I don`t understand why the complain the people who bought the  previous vr cost 17.99 euro  and the upgrade cost 5.60 euro the total 23.59  .if you buy the ver2 now will cost you 28 euro .

I use Paypal on Simmarket and all my orders are there. Did you try adding Pro to your cart and see the total?

Misinformation is a rather ridiculous exaggeration. Misunderstanding would be a better word to describe what was actually said. Not everything is a conspiracy theory with people pitted against each other with some 'agenda'. Jeez, it was an innocent misunderstanding coupled with an opinion (not as fact) about charging for an update concerning a flight sim addon I, and others, had already purchased (twice). Hardly 'misinformation'.

And so an opinion is being put forward 'as fact' as you say because you disagree with it? That sounds a bit dangerous to be honest when you want to twist someone elses diplomatic opinion in such a way. And by the way, the 'some people' you refer to have just as much right to an opinion as you do. That, at least, is a fact.
