I'm going to see what the Youtube channel MSFS testers say about these mods. For that many $, it better change the plane a lot!

5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB  PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.

Unfortunately this doesn't replace the default, you still have to have the glass version installed. I would only fly the analogue version if I had this so will probably pass. I had already uninstalled the Caravan. I don't want to reinstall it if it means I will have two versions, one redundant.

 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2  - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base

There's a Just Flight vid out. Looks pretty good. Fully functional study level cockpit with every system modelled and a working RNAV instrument. Not sure if any work has been done on the flight model? A bit dear if you ask me.

for 30 bucks, I would expect them to also make the doors/windows open and add wheel chocks, static wicks, tie-downs etc.. to make it like a regular payware aircraft..

on a similar note, why do the kodiak and twin otter not have some static elements like tie-downs, engine plugs etc? Chancellor has them all and it gives a nice user experience wen you do a preflight walkaround..

An addon like that would cost more than 30 bucks. Me personally is more interested in the King Air version.

Just noticed on Twitter that JF have confirmed they are hoping to release the Caravan this week.

I wasn't expecting that before SU10 but I'm not exactly going to complain 🙂

Yeah I like these sneaky releases. Will be flogging this across the skys the Fenix will be parked for a bit. Used to fly around in these a lot in the Cape York of Australia. Was good fun but scary too especially during the wet season. They're called the Caravan of Courage for a reason!

I usually like to simulate flying but simulation of strapping down an aircraft is interesting!

For $30 I expect a complete and perfect rendition of a Caravan.

I'm guessing your experience of flight sims has been a continual disappointment.

and yet somehow every major payware aircraft simulates this strapping down in cold and dark state.. so it has become a common expectation from users and we get surprised only when a payware product doesn't have an full cold and dark state..

Personally I have zero interest in that so if a dev chooses to spend their resources elsewhere I'm happy with that decision.
