At any rate, I'm excited for the King Air - since the Asobo cockpit is a major blunder, this should really do it some more justice. I don't really care about opening doors and all that. I hope he can address some of the flight model and sounds. July 21, 20223 yr Now for a different question.. the gauges are supposedly accurately modeled after the real units, but the KI 256 Attitude Indicator appears to have a blue/brown background at the edges, unlike any I have ever seen.. Is this artistic license, or does this version exist in the real world? Any pictures I can find have a black background right and left. Edited July 21, 20223 yr by Bert Pieke Bert
July 21, 20223 yr Well yes, there is an 'eye' icon for all items on the checklist. But I only count 184 items. 😞 I appreciate the 'starter does not disengage' checklist page. But where's the 'windscreen wiper does not swing' page??? 😞 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Chancellor has them all and it gives a nice user experience wen you do a preflight walkaround.. Working doors can definitely be done on the default models. JPL has them on his excellent steam gauge 152 mod. https://flightsim.to/file/2246/msfs-c152-community Mugz has them on the TBM-930 mod. Personally I like to be able to open a side window. One of the reasons I use the Aviat Husky float plane.

The Steam Gauge Caravan has working storm windows according to the technical video but no word on whether opening them in flight causes the plane to blow up Carenado style Edited July 21, 20223 yr by Matchstick
