I can see this becoming my favorite addon to MSFS

I really want this one now. Having just come back from a great camping trip in the PNW, this brings back great memories. I can easily see landing by some beautiful lake, setting up a camp fire, putting the coffee pot on, and just sitting back and watching the sun set. :0)

@GACSavannah is that the right link? I feel like I've been hijacked! 😄

Dang... No, that was not the proper link. No desire to simulate picking my teeth LOL. I have fixed it. Thank you for the heads up!

Dont agree and i do think there are some advantages to virtual camping.

1) i wont get nearly shot at by a slitely over-hyped park ranger, mistaking me for a bear. Sensible to be cautious in that area but bit of a shock.

2) you can still have a bbq/camp food at home at the same time, (or where your computer is) and a few beverages with online friends/digital mates

3) online get togethers are become normal in about a year, iff not already starting,  (cross platform inter tech) inc msfs2020

What's next? Simulating an ice cold bath in the lake? Stumbling in the dark to the woods to take a leak? 🙂

I think this is the equivalent of "jumping the shark" for addons...

Everyone is leaving out the best part of virtual camping....no bugs! 😄

Just to remember you: you play MSFS. There you have a lot of virtual bugs!

@GACSavannah I think you will like one of the last X-Plane videos I made! I must definitely have a look at this addon!

And you would be right, I did enjoy your video. Very well done.

Virtual camping in a comfy bed sounds appealing.

Not to mention the weather is completely inaccurate and the snow cover in the wrong place, so virtual camping in BC is not for me.
