But why combine FSLTL and Simple traffic?

It would have been useful at busy airports to reduce load but still have lots of traffic

Yes i have the two folders on Community folder.

I have addon Linker, but not “use” fsltl by addon linker.

If you look in C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\fsltl-trafic-injector\logs you will find a file called fsltl-traffic.log. There may be something in that  file that will help you to find out what is going wrong.

20% with Simple Traffic fills up Heathrow for me without hammering my performance, YMMV

So, what i need to do?

I have AIG folders on Community Folders, and never have problem.

Could you pick one place please?

It's pretty inconsiderate to have a whole thread open about your problem but still come in here and derail the thread with your repeated issue.

This is very annoying and actually makes me not want to help you, tbh.

Okay folks, there are 49 pages of comments here, so I could have easily missed it. I have a problem with FSLTL so far. I installed while watching and following Bobby Fuzzy's tutorial video. Now, every time I launch the sim, it crashes as soon as I am loaded at the airport. Anyone else come across this yet?

I had Aerosoft Simple Traffic installed, but I uninstalled that before I intalled FSLTL. I use ADDON Linker, so I have tested with my community folder empty. I have tried loading into a few different airports. I have tried with both the Fenix A320 and the PMDG 737-600. Every single time I load up at the airport and hit the FLYNOW button, MSFS crashes to desktop.

Anyone have any ideas?

There is no solution yet, but to run the injector folder outside of your community folder.

You will lose the toolbar panel but other than that it runs fine.

The panel function is the same as simply doing this at the injector screen.

While the injector is running you can control a couple of aspects of its behaviour by just having the injector window active and hitting one of the 2 keys below:
r : this will completely restart the injection by removing all aircraft in the air and reseting an history of aircraft state
x : this will remove any aircraft within 5km of your aircraft - this is useful on final when Asobo ATC often has too much stacked aircraft - someone in front? just delete them!

Okay, so move the injector folder somewhere other than Community Folder and then run the injector from that location. I'll give that a shot. Will report back.

Thank you.

Yea I simply run the folder from my desktop.

NO CTDs and traffic injects perfectly fine still.

If I understand correctly, you have not activated the FSLTL folder through the addon linker. That may be your problem...place a checkmark in the box for "fsltl-traffic-base".

Do NOT check "fsltl-traffic-injector"

Then, after starting MSFS 2020 and are on the tarmac, start the FSLTL traffic injector.

Ok, i delete the folder of debug, and works 😂

Well, it does run fine outside of Community. I did not have to activate via Addon Linker, because I installed it straight to the Community folder and had not moved it to my Addon Linker folder.

you can disable GSX ground services at specific airports in the configuration menu just like the Jetways.

that won’t reduce the number if objects in the scene, since airport services are set by parking type, and we used the same configuration as defult, just with different model. Excluding GSX Airport Services it’s only used in  case of 3rd party airports with their own custom Aiport Services in case you’d rather use those, but won’t help with the number of objects, if this is the issue.

I have both the injector folder and the models folder inside my Addons folder (linked to the community folder with Addon Linker) and I didn't lose the toolbar panel. What doesn't work for me is pressing r or x keys (with the injector window active), it doesn't do anything. I have to use the toolbar panel if I want to reset traffic.

What if we set the services in AI aircraft.cfg to 0, does this affect GSX objects or just default MSFS?
