TNCM St. Maarten with SU11

Saw this is one of the 4 free airports included.  How does this compare with the airworthy designs one?

I'd say it's a good upgrade over default but not as good as AWD

To me It’s better than AWD, the only thing that I dont like are some of the statics aircraft, what I will try to do is i little mod to be able to use both at the same time (because AWD has TFFG grand case, wich is an even more interesting airport than TNCM in lmy opinion). I think It has been made by GAYA, great stuff really

The biggest parking spots are 184ft, which is bad news for those who use AI aircraft or the default ATC with aircraft that need bigger, like the a330.

I'm actually surprised how nice this one is! I'm happy with it!

How can I fix this without waiting for an update?

I could use ADE for fixing P3D/FSX/FS9 sceneries, but MSFS?

ADE might work. but you can't save over the airport, you'd have to create a separate addon that overwrites it in the community folder.

I get A330s Air France parked at new default with FSTL.

I now have duplicate runway markings at TNCM... do I need to disable either the Gaya or AWD version?

I think it's great. Asobo have hired a gun texture artist at some stage I think as it looks nice. Certainly enough for me. Everything seems to be there (and not the crowd of 24/7 waving beachgoers).

If you prefer the AWD version, go in content manager and delete the Asobo Juliana TNCM.

are you using the addon that reduces the wingspan?

A majority of the airports Asobo releases now are made by Gaya. One way to tell is if there is Gaya logo on the ATC tower computer monitors. Also if the textures have baked in ambient occlusion/edge shadows.
