I hope just fixing bugs, but it will be another questionable aircraft.

might well be the in-development seasons feature, maybe for the November surprise.

I hope you‘re right. It would kind of fit since they've been working on it for a while now and it's something that was requested early on. Plus they seem to release the big updates at the end of the year. Then again, we haven't heard anything about seasons in ages, and things often take a lot longer than we expected. But it would certainly be nice. The time seems ripe for a big update.

i9-11900K, RTX 4090, 32 GB ram, Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo, TCA Airbus sidestick and quadrant, Reverb G2

More wonderful bugs😉

Are they even capable of doing something like that? Can't even attach jetways to terminal buildings  LOL

and leave aircraft development to the Developers.

IIRC most if not all of the Local Legends/Famous Flyers are outsourced, they are not made by Asobo devs.

An Up To Date version of Australia - the current Bing is 10 years old 😟

The outdated cities really hit a sore spot. Philadelphia has a 1,121ft skyscraper that was completed in 2018 and in the sim it's still just a parking lot.

ASUS ROG STRIX Z390-E GAMING / i9-9900k @ 4.7 all cores w/ NOCTUA NH-D15S / 2080ti / 32GB G.Skill 3200 RIPJAWS / 1TB Evo SSD / 500GB Evo SSD /  2x 3TB HDD / CORSAIR CRYSTAL 570X / IPSG 850W 80+ PLATINUM / Dual 4k Monitors

Maybe we have the wrong approach. We should start by looking  for what the surprise just cannot be  :

- For instance, I don’t see a new series called « Worst Aircraft in History » starting with the DH Comet, then the Christmas Bullet etc. Bad juju.

- in the same spirit a new series  « Airports that nobody really care to go » like Cheliabinsk Russia, Lagos Nigeria etc.

- a new pricing : 199.99 bucks for a new single version edition renamed PRO encompassing all the three existing versions coming with a signed photo of their lightly-clad community manager and 69.99 for the same with a « You, Cheapskate ! » red screen tatoo on the upper right à la P3D

- a B29 named Enola  Gay ? Maybe not.

Actually, a decent B-29 has always been one of my fantasies of flight simming. Virtavia did a so-so one for P3D, but it didn't scratch the itch. Maybe a developer might take it on one day ( yes, A2A, I'm looking at you). Failing that, I wish someone would put an offer in for Manfred Jahn's B-50 and finish it off for MSFS.

Surely not everybody was kung fu fighting.

The B29 is the kind of aircraft I would fly only a couple of times. Speaking of heavy bombers, the B58 Hustler, now that would be a different story ! Alphasim did one I think but then… it was at Alphasim standards. The good new is that we should get the next best thing which is, of course, the Vulcan !

That's because the DH Comet wasn't one of the worst aircraft in history 😠 Aside from metal fatigue issues with the Comet 1 causing several hull loses (research into which probably gave Boeing a huge advantage in jetliners) they were trailblazing and perfectly capable. The Comet 4 and Nimrod remained in service for a long time. If you want a bad Comet, look into the Messerschmitt Me 163.

Only if the add-on comes with a vat of acid to perch precariously over your simming chair ^^
