Why is yours so dark? Mine is much brighter.

Hi Bob , it wasnt mine but i can tell you that mine is also very dark vs yours. I am really interested to know more about this.

I use default DX12 with only SDR

Thanks

Lesson learned , you can adjust all of this in the Nvidia Control panel , there you go after all these years

I adjusted the brightness in NVCP to 65% instead of 50%

Had a flight with the .200  version and it's very nice, hand flew landing beautifully from 2000ft. You can tell by the huge changelog that a lot has been done. Sounds have been improved also and noticing general positive stuff right across the board. Great work Fenix people.

Has anyone here updated without uninstalling the product first?  If so, does it still work ok?

Updated this morning and noted that Lorby Axis and Ohs (that I used for all controls) wasn't controlling the Fenix flap setting anymore.

I always had my Honeycomb Bravo FLAP axis set to "AXIS_FLAP_SET" in AAO however that is now having no effect on the Fenix flap setting. I've tried a bunch of different flap axis assignments but couldn't get one to shift the Fenix's flap lever.

All other axis are working as they did before the update.

Anybody using AAO able to share what they using for the assigned axis for flaps?

There is a flaps calibration in the MCDU, have you tried that?

I didn't uninstall first and it works fine for me.

Inaugural flight in V2 completed (EGGP 27 - LICJ RNAV Z 07) Absolutely flawless from beginning to end. Love the new textures, sounds and just about everything with his update. She hand flies a treat. I loved this bird before but she has now taken the No1 spot in my hanger.

FWIW I did completely uninstall the original version and followed the guidelines for installing V2. No issues with performance here, definitely an improvement.

Congrats to the Fenix team on a sterling job. Looking forward to what is coming down the road.

I doth my cap to you Bob - that was exactly it. For some reason the Flaps calibration dropped away with the upgrade.

@Aamir  my issue seems to be dx12. I switched back to dx11 and the stutters went away. Sorry it seems not A320 related but my sim doesnt like dx12 since the last update.

Yes, it's flawless in DX11 / TAA, way smoother than it was before and it was already very smooth. I don't care about FPS because i run a GSYNC 165Hz monitor, but having a quick look i can see 80-90 when flying (everything on ultra, 1440p) and usually above 60 in airports.
