Guessing the Huey update is in response to Taog announcing finalization of their Bell 205 and UH-1H package, to be available shortly after SU15 is released. Good to have some competition.

I loved the Milviz Huey in P3D. It was my absolute favorite copter.

However, I'm the video posted earlier doesn't really motivates me to wait for that Milviz Huey instead of buying the Taog's one which is due very soon 😕

Oh yes, please! 🙂
I have that song ready for the first flight. 😀
But is that rotor speed not a bit too slow?

Not if you're listening to The Doors instead 😉

So we need to play MSFS at double speed then. Those chopper shots are slomo.

OK then we could listen to punk rock or speed metal.

We just released our T6A ADV on our website!

Check out the trailer here:

I downloaded and read the manuals. Great stuff sir! I wasn't looking for a fast trainer but it's on my to buy list now. Promised myself a Spitfire first or maybe a P40. Not that either of THOSE planes are slow!!

I'm so glad there are still people making realistic planes these days that are not commercial airliners!

@Captain Blackbird -I guess you guys figured the C-130 will sell more than the long list of other promised projects over the past 5 years?

  • Huey
  • 737-200
  • MH-60
  • AH-1Z (I believe?)
  • DHC-3T
  • T-50 Bobcat

And probably more that I'm forgetting (not counting the ATR which I believe was cancelled, the Blackbird which I know at least got a recent status update, also the A-1 Skyraider which was allegedly sold to another dev and apparently cancelled).

The C-130 looks nice, but where's some follow through with other projects that were announced 3,4,5 years ago? It's odd to try to "stake a claim" and then not deliver.

There's no reason for selling it other than its ready to be sold. We're a small, passionate team of developers, each working on different aircraft. Some take longer than others to be released 🙂 Not to mention we get contracted to do other aircraft for various companies such as the USAF, & Microsoft. Occasionally we WILL sell completed/ near-completed aircraft to other devs out there if it makes sense for our company-and of course, this usually comes with NDA's.. Hopefully this answered your question!

All I can say is based on my positive experience with their Texan II, as well as the other add-ons of theirs that I've purchased (all the way back to the T-38s in P3D), I'm willing to go for this Alpha release.

Flight sim definitely needs a High Fidelity C-130, and MilViz is definitely capable of delivering it.

As long as I get an actual downloadable addon for $25: count me in on Day 1.

Yup, for $25 and reading what’s still to be developed, I expect I’ll be flying this May 1.
