September 29, 20232 yr I recommend making a backup of the original Flightsimulator.exe before modifying/replacing it with the modified version. Because you can not easily move/copy the original version somewhere else, I simply renamed it into _Flightsimulator.exe and only then exported through the Hex editor the modified de-crypted EXE back into the corresponding directory, where _Flightsimulator.exe is also. Now I have the original unmodified protected and renamed .EXE and the decrypted modified EXE both in the same directory. September 30, 20232 yr After following this thread for a while I also want to see what it brings. But I need some help : The encrypte EXE has been made and copied in the official Content folder after renaming the default EXE. Can I delete the Tempstate folder with the Dunp folder in it. Or just the Dump folder ? Another thing : when searching for 0.00065 or 0.00066 HxD cannot find those values … Not a valid floating number ? Only if I replace the . by a , the app finds values. In The Netherlands we use a , where in the US they use a . instead. Could that be my issue ? So some advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance. September 30, 20232 yr the sea level varies by about "1.5" meters between low and "1,5" meters high tide. This sea-level variation makes it difficult to calculate the percentage of The Netherlands below sea level.
