Did you modified before updating?

Just finished editing the new flightsim.exe file, this looks so amazing!

glad you made it. must be frustrating to watch these screenshots, after following the procedure 100% only to see somehow it doesn't work on your own pc. so what was it that you couldn't find the 3 values initially, the comma-dot decimal thing?

how did you get around that error message when MSFS wouldn't start at all after your initial attempts?

Has anyone tried this with an HDR panel? Wondering if it needs more work to play nicely with HDR.

Me, it looks good, but I'd say yes, needs worked on. I assume MSFS 2024 will overcome that.

Just tried it and at first glance seems just fine.  No time to do a full flight yet, but nothing blew up.

Yeah but what about the cockpit and lighting. Pilots fly the cockpit first right.?

Since I couldn't move or modify the original fs.exe, all I had to do was rename it, and then copy/paste the modified .exe over.

Btw, does this modification only change the sky colors during sunrise/sunset? Or does it also have an effect between those times too?

IIRC @Biology said it's only during sunrise/sunset.

1) isn't that what we had suggested?

2) now that you have the Biology skies, why not find out and report back? from my first few flights I think mostly sunset/sunrise are affected.

You need the Windows HDR Calibration Tool.  It will tune your HDR output to what your monitor is capable of - no more glare.
