September 15, 20232 yr Very impressed. I'm liking the idea that you can drop into Beyond ATC from VATSIM should you encounter a unicom situation.
September 15, 20232 yr Really something amazing. Forget flying real airplanes in real life, just use this!

September 15, 20232 yr woho, when he called Amsterdam radar it really sounded Dutch! ( I am Dutch) Rig Specs; CPU AMD Ryzen 9950X3d, GPU 5090 32gb, Memory 64GB 2x32 CL28 , WD-SN710 Black 500 GB, WD-SN710 Black 2TB, MSI x870XeTomahawk, Be Quit Straight power 1200 Watt platinum. LG Oled C4
September 15, 20232 yr looks great, bit worrying is how easyjet have managed to get slots at EGLL mind you.
September 15, 20232 yr Transition from VATSIM to BeyondATC? Are you kidding me????? Ok, this is going to be amazing.
September 15, 20232 yr In general on the right track. Vectoring to final approach fix was too high. He had to manually catch the glide slope. It should be 'Go direct Alpha Mike 6-1-4" not 'AM 6-1-4'. I am sure the little bugs will be worked out. Love a passionate developer! Most of what is said on the Internet may be the same thing they shovel on the regular basis at the local barn.

Is it simply running both tools at the same time and just ignoring B2ATC while you are VATSIM-controlled? For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
September 15, 20232 yr Moderator Being given take-off clearance whilst holding short of 27R is not how things are done in the UK. You would be instructed to line up and wait. Then once lined up you get your takeoff clearance. Very polished voices though. Would it run in a networked pc. Ray (Cheshire, England). I understand from what he said is you simply start up Beyond ATC whilst in the sim and it takes it up from there.
September 15, 20232 yr Super exciting. Truly hope BATC makes it and if they do I'll buy it in a heartbeat. Realistic radio communication in sim will be so cool and useful. 9950X3D / 64GB / RTX5090 / Pimax Crystal Light / Win11

Well vectoring from the IAF at AMS isn't the normal procedure too, you will have an approach sometimes a shortcut at arrival or direct in the approach. Like the voices...curious how this will effect performance with all those AI been vectoring around, but we Dutch can pronounce correct the phrase clear to land 🙃 Time for a proper AMS 🤪 One thing missing is that airliners have particular gates or a terminal at an airport to arrive or start from, Easy for example never won't go to gate 35 (which actually doesn't exist at AMS) that should be the H part 😉 But going to follow this one with great interest and great work 👍 Edited September 15, 20232 yr by virtualstuff André
