I can never get the iniManager to work, in terms of purchases. I go to the web store to buy and the manager to install. Too bad since the discount is through the manager only?

I have struggled too . Never worked out to purchase via the manager but go to there website and download latest manager , it fixed it for me

Their PHNL scenery has an awful performance issue near the terminal that makes it that I cannot fly there anymore and the scenery is sitting unused. On a 4080 with 16gb of memory and on DX12 I get massive stutters from VRAM exhaustion. iniBuilds does not optimize their scenery at all it seems for DX12. They will be in for a rude awakening with MS2024 if it releases without DX11.

They make beautiful sceneries, but PERFORMANCE stinks, get a slide show wsith KJFK!!!

Maybe my old age of 51 is putting the performance of a perspective of life down to what you call 60 or 120 HZ/FPS fluid .

You maybe all right but i do enjoy 25fps/HZ Vsync on still - and its even better than in P3D .

I will chase the 60FPS later on in life but i am rather pleased with low/to medium PC.

Support was quick to get back to me and suggested I do a full uninstall and reinstall which did the trick.  Going for my first flight shortly.

This looks really nice…as most iniBuilds stuff does…but they have consistently neglected performance through their whole product line, over, and over again. I’m starting to find it hard to support these guys if long-standing issues aren’t addressed.

Agreed!  PHNL is a slide show so I'm very hesitant to buy this.  I have the other one, not sure who makes it, it's awful but at least has good frames.

One thing I WISH these developers would do is provide a switch where we can turn off the animated interiors or interiors in general.  I use my sim to fly not sightsee inside terminals.  No offense, just my opinion.

I admit to being a bit shocked at all this talk of slideshows. I pretty much thought we and MSFS had mostly moved past that on our modern machines.

Are we running too many addons?

We are all connected..... To each other, biologically...... To the Earth, chemically...... To the rest of the Universe atomically.

Has anyone successfully bought it through IniManager?  I don't have the sale price showing and when I try to click buy I get a message that an error has occured.  I've updated the program to latest version.

I'm trying my best to be the guinea pig / early purchaser for you guys 🙂

Yes, and got the 9.99 Euro - about $12 discounted price. Download IniManager and install it (even if you already have it installed). On the product page there is a note to be sure to be running the latest IniManager. After Ini install you'll get the discounted price.

Performance is pretty good even on my meager rig. I did find some minor elevation issues taxing around the terminal - they may be realistic, but I doubt it. If your system is comparable to mine or better you'll be pleased with performance.

I only had time for a GA flight tonight in the Cessna 414 but I didn't see the performance issues I've seen in some other Ini airports.

Tomorrow I'll do an airliner flight so that will be more of a performance test.

The airport does look quite nice, at least over on the GA side 🙂

What's the vram load in DX12?

The bad performance in their sceneries (notably PHNL near the new terminal) is due to maxing VRAM consumption. The issues went away as soon as I upgraded to a 4080.

Still doesn't explain why other vendors with larger, more complex airports can get it right but at least it means the issues will resolve in time as hardware catches up.

I'm a sucker for PSP scenery, but their JFK just crushed my vram especially in dx12.  And I've got a rtx 4080 with 16GB.  I'll have to wait for reviews

wow guess will skip the 4070 Ti card with 12GB Legion tower been looking at...

alternative is $1k more for the 4090 with 24GB Legion tower

SAR Pilot. Flight Sim'ing since the beginning.
