November 6, 20232 yr Commercial Member I have to admit, this bug is quite annoying and it’s a little more annoying that an immediate fix isn’t planned.

I really don't understand their thought processes sometimes. Precisely. Ive had posts removed without explanation on another thread by mods. I'm out. Don't go for heavens sake. Your view is just as important as others. You will be giving the intolerant bullies here just what they want (an echo chamber). As for deleted posts, I would contact the mods to ask why. It is their game - their rules, so if they delete them, fine, but you should at least know why. You need to know what you did wrong (if anything). As for the others, if they are too fragile to take a difference of opinion on there favourite toy, that's on them. I see so much good in MSFS, but if I want to mention the negatives as well, I will. Nobody will chase me away for that - good luck trying! Edited November 6, 20232 yr by bobcat999 Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I expect a fix sooner than later, I think they understand this bug has created more frustration than previous ones and many once enthusiastic testers have already left the beta. I was also on the verge until I had such a wonderful smooth flight in marginal weather last night in the KingAir over the Pacific North West, which inspired me to hold out just until tomorrow, fingers crossed. Asobo, you have been warned. I still have x-plane 12, in a directory adjacent to MSFS. 🤣 Edited November 6, 20232 yr by turbomax AMD 7800X3D, Windows 11, Gigabyte X670 AORUS Elite AX Motherboard, 64GB DDR5 G.SKILL Trident Z5 NEO RGB (AMD Expo), RTX 4090, Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD 2 TB PCIe 4.0, Samsung 980 PRO M.2 NVMe SSD 1 TB PCIe 4.0, 4K resolution 50" TV @60Hz, VR: Pimax Crystal Light + HP Reverb G2 @ 90 Hz, Honeycomb Bravo Throttle Quadrant, be quiet 1000W PSU, Noctua NH-U12S chromax.black air cooler. 60-130 fps. no CPU overclocking. very nice.

We want PR terrain, so Google Flightsimulator in the meantime…. 😎 Myself I have a downsized P3Dv5 installed. ActiveSky sents the weather to P3D using Simconnect and Prosim reads that and shows the weather on the ND. P3D does not even have to run. November 6, 20232 yr For those having kittens just exit the beta. Why is that such torture? Just wait it out for the full release. There is hardly any difference. I'm told the sky colours have changed. (Crack open the Champagne!) Big deal and I've not spotted any change. The one noticeable difference is ATC which no one uses anyway. What is noticeable are the temporarily disabled animations. Edited November 6, 20232 yr by jarmstro

What is noticeable are the temporarily disabled animations. exiting the beta is no easy task. I remember doing that a few beta's ago and consequently had a full reinstall on my hands. Granted my stuff was mostly in an external community folder via addon linker. But still not fun they also told us that the fix wouldn't be in this beta release.
