Whilst the vast majority of my first impressions were "awesome!", the VR Zoom could use a little work as it kept zooming way to far and sometimes through the panels instead of just above them, also some switches on the centre console were very fiddly with the mouse.

Minor issues though, did not see any major issues in my first time with it last night.

Fantastic plane to fly.

I couldn't get the middle mouse wheel to work, it works when zooming in and out ....it turned yellow but I couldn't get it to select or move anywhere up or down..... "IAS/ALT – this three-position pull/push switch can be operated using the mouse wheel to rotate it between IAS (up), OFF (middle) and ALT (down), and left-click to pull/push the switch from the IAS or ALT position to engage the selected mode

Solved. Its seems you have to go into the Accessibility options and change from "Locked" into " Legacy" then the mouse works 100% as described in the manual.

I raised this as a bug during testing so will hopefully be addressed in a future update.

I have this on my Birthday Wishlist for Friday 🙂

She holds a special place in my heart and to have her in the sim would be amazing. My son donated to the "Vulcan to the sky" fund in my name for a Father's Day gift a few years ago and I now have my name on a plaque on XH558.

Keeping my fingers crossed lol

Not the type of aircraft I usually fly, but reviews & pricing induced me to give it a go.

No regrets.

Very very smooth & a delight to fly.

Need to read the manual, but overall, modelling & cockpit very impressive.

So one of the best planes in MSFS gets even better - superb.  I had wondered what happened to the airbrake whistle.  Now we have it.

The Just Flight developers must be pleased with themselves with this release.  The extra Olympus 200 sound set was worth the extra effort.  They must see that now.  Every reviewer has mentioned it!

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's.  Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.

I can't stop listening to that, it's like an addiction.

The lack of a refuelling probe nitrogen purge sound effect was a complete deal-breaker for me - thank goodness they've fixed it.

Seriously though, I love the way JF take on comments and recommendations so quickly. Putting an autopilot menu on the EFB is going to be very welcome for a lot of people, but personally, I'll stick with hardcore! 😉

Surely not everybody was kung fu fighting.
