The white circle is back and is there to stay for now at least. Was reported and mentioned numerous times over the beta, and the usual fobbing off occurred.

I had that right throughout the beta. Each time the circle appeared (which was frequently) it was a nightmare.

Have you rebooted your pc after installation? I was in the beta and had that after the last beta update, but a reboot sorted it out.

"We are aware of reports of slow and stalled download speeds for Sim Update 14.

A mitigation has been implemented to attempt to help increase download speeds for users, and we have teams actively investigating the issue.

We will share more as soon as we are able."

It appears the update for me is NOT downloading at all now.  I got about halfway through restarted the sim and I get 0.0 download speed.

Edit:  restarted again and it's now downloading.

It just pauses itself. You can see it stop and a little pause symbol appears. The only way to start it again is to pause it manually and shut it down and start it again. My worry is this install is going to be a total mess. I can see it coming.

PS for the record the download in the beta was the same. The only difference was there were less people downloading it, so it wasn't as noticeable. But I run a 1 GBPS line, and and times it crawled to 2mbps. In comparison to downloads on steam that run at full throttle.

Took me about 2 hours - I just let it go and watched the yo-yo speed situation...after the last soundpack one I paused and restarted - that one went quicker and finally got thru it....after a reboot (I always do one after an update)- first pass looks good.   Will try a long haul tonite to see how it goes.
