December 6, 20232 yr I hate forced updates. I get why they do it but now I have to wait a few days for the dust to settle. Sucks that I can’t fire up my sim and enjoy an evening flight while the servers calm down. December 6, 20232 yr Made a 30 minute flight in Japan with the upgraded SR22, and there weren't any stutters really, not like there used to be. Some of my graphics settings had changed, so put them back to what I'm preferring at the moment, and had to restart sim, also did a reboot. You can tell the sky is a different colour - with a orbx weather preset in the flight, the browny coloured clouds at the horizon line were much more faint & subtle in colour.😊

Missing the PMDG DC6 in MSFS 2024 (she's here, but...).
December 6, 20232 yr Just spent a couple of hours in JP Logistics C152, flying along the west coast of Finland and it was absolutly awesome. The sim looks amazing with the new atmospherics. No problems what so ever. Got myself into some sketchy icing conditions as well, which made it even more exciting and enjoyable.
December 6, 20232 yr Well, I just did a short flight to see the sunset and it looked much better. Somehow everything looked sharper. Not sure why. Also, have they improved the road lighting? It looked better to me. Perhaps it's all a result of the atmospheric changes but so far I'm very pleased. It all looked so much more natural. Flight sim never looked so good, I must say. 5800X3D - Strix X570-E - 32GB 3600Mhz DDR4 - AMD RX 9070 XT- Samsung 980 Pro x2

If it still occurs consistently in 2-3 days then perhaps causes such as telemetry still being in the released SU, or some other issue outside of server overload are in play, and kicking up a fuss would be good. Currently there are some folks reporting they're not seeing it (including on this thread), so that's why probably best to wait a couple of days to eliminate server overload as a cause. I don't see the spinning circle. They fixed it in the last beta build and I was already on it, so there was no update for me.
