Does anyone else experience CTDs like that? Didn't get a CTD but that plane certainly did turn itself off and fall out of the sky mid flight (KPHX-KRNO) yesterday after going to the main menu for a sec to make a quick change to one of the minor graphic settings in the sim. 😞 AMD Ryzen 9800X3D/ Asus ROG Strix B650E F Gaming WiFi / Asrock Taichi 9070XT / 32GB G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo DDR5 6000 / 2x ADATA XPG 8200 Pro NVME / Arctic Liquid Freezer II 280 / Seasonic Vertex 1000w PSU / Lian Li LanCool II Mesh Performance / Asus VG34VQL3A / Topping E70 Velvet DAC & L70 Amp /Sennheiser HD660s2 Thrustmaster Boeing Yoke + TCA Sidestick + TFRP Rudders

I think I got this from ini devs re: the A310. Never tried an RNAV (in the A300) without being fully configured before FAP though. Edited March 4, 20242 yr by Cpt_Piett 7950X3D | RTX 4090 | 64GB DDR5

It's happening nearly every time I restart the sim or reload the aircraft... loads fine once, then crashes every time until I delete the cache files. Very frustrating.
March 5, 20242 yr I was taking the 310 out on a relatively "short" flight from DXB to LGW yesterday, happy with the overall "feel", still mulling over getting the 300. But I had to go out and do a lot more stuff than I'd initially planned, so before leaving I saved the flight about half way through and shut down the computer. When I got home in the evening I loaded the saved flight and sheer chaos ensued. Not falling out of the sky chaos, but lots of crazy stuff. So I'm back to the PMDG BBJ1 for now, where I know I can save and re-load any time. I'm wondering if the 300 lets you easily resume saved flights. I really like the "feel" of the 310, and am keen on the heavier experience the 300 would offer. I overall really like iniBuilds and could certainly live without the save function, just that it's very practical for armchair long, or medium, or perhaps even some short haul flights.

No addon does this except the PMDG. How would they without a custom panel state saving? For transparency: I'm a community mentor at the BATC discord. However, I do not get paid for it in any way.
March 5, 20242 yr One thing I noticed on a flight with v1.0.9 yesterday is that the sound was oddly going really quiet of it's own accord, then getting louder, and repeating this pattern. It wasn't linked to engine speed, or airspeed, nor any other clear pattern I could find. It got really loud during initial descent after the TOD, so I turned it right down. Then on finals it went super quiet and I had to turn it right up. I know the sound has always been a little like this, but it seemed much worse with v1.0.9. The source sound files themselves are really good. But the mixing and config is still a little off. March 5, 20242 yr I can't recall what people have said about performance, but I'm getting worse performance in the A300 than w/ Fenix V2. I'm currently somewhere over France at FL340, and for some reason main thread is getting hammered, limiting FPS to around 60 with FG on. No difference between 4K and "5K" as I'm main thread limited (35ms vs GPU 10ms....). Not a huge problem as things are smooth, just strange. March 5, 20242 yr Fuel Issue - flying the hot started A300-600F, [all my aircraft work off a hot start] Anyway, regardless of whether I put in say 80% fuel via MSFS scenario set up, or via the Simbrief fuel page, I can't get more than 13% of full capacity fuel, into it. I have tried pausing in flight & tweaking the fuel load, no luck. I vaguely recall reading somewhere that the A300-600 won't 'add' fuel if the engines are running?, which is a bit of a pain if one hot starts and the default load is around 13%. Anyone know how to get more fuel into the A300 while the engines are running? Thanks T45

In the EFB Settings, "Realistic Fueling", have tried Yes & No, with no change to the situation. What should that be, Y or N? Inimanager shows the change log for 1.0.9, but where can I check if that is the version in MSFS?? T45
