It certainly would be nice at address - but can Asobo keep it from happening again with SU16?   It seems they make progress then go backwards every other release

I hope that they also provide fixes for terrain and texture issues in SU15. They are the most important aspects to me.

WU16 was very, very promising as well 🤣

Before yesterday...

Before yesterday...

Can't speak for anyone else, but I (still) clearly remember the state of sim technology and our stagnant future prospects before MSFS.

I keep that firmly in mind when cruising over some beautiful vista enjoying technology that I wouldn't have believed possible just a few short years ago, and suddenly get any urges to pick some nits...

I get frustrated with the regressions after every update, such as: all the lightning, then no lightning at all; turbulence all the time, followed by very little; great performance, then have 10+ FPS go missing...

Nonetheless, the sim is light years ahead of anything we can currently have / ever had in the flight sim genre.

The idea of having worldwide photorealistic terrain, default airports and aircraft that would rival payware equivalents, and soon the Garmin GX3 Touch, all as part of the base sim is just incredible!

This thread reads like SU15 happens AFTER SU16...  What?

I would expect that SU15 includes FSR3 implementation.

I would expect new graphics setting for Frame Generation on non 4000 gpu's

I would expect Ultra FPS and stability with SU15.

I assume it's VRAM optimization he's talking about and not RAM?

I think you are mixing up World Updates (we just had WU16) and Sim Updates (we will get SU15 next). Yes, it's confusing.

What a high level trolling! 👍🏻

He is not trolling, but only expres his expectations. 😉  I would not judge If I would not know his real own opinion.

(I would have written my wishes instead of expectations, but thats a different approach and story) 😉

Why do you have these expectations? What does lead to those?

Normal expectations for a triple A game in 2024, published by the world's biggest software company?
