I get frustrated with the regressions after every update, such as: all the lightning, then no lightning at all; turbulence all the time, followed by very little; great performance, then have 10+ FPS go missing... Nonetheless, the sim is light years ahead of anything we can currently have / ever had in the flight sim genre. The idea of having worldwide photorealistic terrain, default airports and aircraft that would rival payware equivalents, and soon the Garmin GX3 Touch, all as part of the base sim is just incredible!
