The last two were at least 45 days in duration I estimate so I suspect it will drop on or before the 10th. Just a guess, no insider information. -B

February 2, 20242 yr After the last Q&A I am now pretty confident that they will get there regarding snow coverage and frozen waters. At least the icing will be improved drastically in my affected regions with the adjustment they list now (27cm vs 72cm snow depth). And they clearly and finally stated that the issue of the snow coverage is due to using a too low res map from meteoblue (as we already realized a year ago...). Hopefully this will be possible to use a higher res data from meteoblue, latest in MSFS 2024. As @btacon stated, and confirmed on the latest Twitch feed, the beta will start quite soon, within the next two weeks. They also mentioned various 'flighting's' as they call them (basically versions of the beta), so the release of the new features may be staged, so it won't all happen in the first release of the beta, and the Airbus may be added at the end of the beta if it makes it at all. Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind). I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio. Intel 14900K in a Z790 motherboard with water cooling, RTX 4080, 32 GB 6000 CL30 DDR5 RAM, W11 and MSFS on Samsung 980 Pro NVME SSD's. Core Isolation Off, Game Mode Off.
February 2, 20242 yr At least the tile popping issues appear to be on the list for SU15. I really hope that this fixes the problem on the Isle of Man. February 2, 20242 yr Not clear if the ground handling improvements and partial backport from MSFS 2024 which they spoke about in the last two Q&As are coming in SU15 or SU16 per the above dev snapshot? Unless I missed something. Need to go back and check but thought Seb said it'd be SU15 in the last Q&A. The earlier the better since aircraft devs will need to do a bit of work to make use of the new FM parameters.
