I tried it this driver. It seemed ok, but impossible to maintain the GeForce experience filters with the values I have assigned.

The operating mode: once in the cockpit, I set 1 or 2 set of filters via GeForce experience.

The settings seems ok, but they are corrupted when I go back to the sim and I need to go again in the filters to correct the values. But every time I return back to the sim, there is a problem with the filters values.

...

Hello Patrice.  Unfortunately, this behaviour was introduced a while ago and is not down to this particular hotfix.  Hopefully Nvidia will fix it soon.

In the meanwhile, there is a simple workaround that some are using successfully, and it is in one of the threads in this MSFS forum.  You may have to go back a few pages to find it.

EDIT:  Here, I found the thread in a search.  I hope it works for you.

Rob (but call me Bob or Rob, I don't mind).

I like to trick airline passengers into thinking I have my own swimming pool in my back yard by painting a large blue rectangle on my patio.

i will wait to downlad it from geforce experience, until that i am using the last one 551.23

this Driver is working very well,  minimising my panning stutters in the Fenix when taxiing around payware airports with FSTL ( FS Traffic Models ), just remember to clean out all the shaders

ROG Crossair Hero X670e , 9900X, TUF 4090 , X4 NVME's. OS  2TB 980 Pro , MSFS  2TB WD Black , Kington Fury 64GB ram ( 6000) Corsair RM1000 PSU, Artic Freezer iii 360 AIO  . Warthog Stick and TCA Captains throttle ( full pack)  Velocity 1 Rudder Pedals , extreme3D for the Tiller,Streamdeck XL x2 / Streamdeck +/Streamdeck mini because i like pressing buttons

It is incredibly smooth. The new standard driver for MSFS I think. It's been a while.

The only site I was noticing stuttering scrolling in web pages was on the google news site and the new driver has fixed that

As far as MSFS is concerned, it's now as smooth as I can ever remember.

If you go into device manager, display adapters, you will be able to roll back the driver in there.  I must say that I'm surprised that you are having problems with the new driver though (have you tried a clean install and cleared your DX cache?).

Just wanted to come back and say thanks, took you're advice about clearing the DX Cache...did a clean install of the new driver .....Desktop stutters gone and MSFS also smoother than I've had it lately. ...CHEERS!

for anyone that wants to know how to back up control panel settings.  very usefull

Yes.  Thanks for that info.

Nvidia Inspector can also backup and restore these settings, as well as having more settings to adjust for people who feel they need something a bit more techie!
I used it a lot with FSX to get the best out of it.  Not used it in MSFS up to now though.
