Historical AI is provided by PSXT/RT.

It is, to a varying level of success. As I said up threat, RT and PSXT are an option, but the quality of RT data over the past six - twelve months has dropped significantly. I've been a professional subscriber for years but won't renew in July unless things drastically improve.

AIG creates believable traffic based on the in-sim time and real world time tables, but these time tables can be 1 or 2 years old.

• Fixed issue where changing units mode could cause baro pressure to take a long time to smooth to new value (now instantly switches baro after detected units change)

• Removed option “Use period theme reloads”

Agreed WRT RT's data issues. After much deliberation, I renewed my professional license in January, but I am not thinking I'll renew if things don't improve substantially.

AS vs MSFS Live Weather

 

People spent 4 years complaining that all the MSFS clouds were Cumulus and now we have the AS where all the clouds look like Stratus looking like FSX/P3D clouds LMAO 🤣

I have had my fill of Youtube clickbaiters that mostly don't know what they are doing. I go by what I see for myself when I fly my sim, and so far  AS is nailing it.

Utter nonsense. That's non even possible since for all cloud types MSFS cloud textures and resolution are used. You're probably used to every cloud looking like the weather over Pompeji in 79 AC.
Also there are about 30% ST, 30% CU and 30% CI from what I've experienced so far with AS. Very nice mix and variation.

How's the latest beta 8883 running? I don't usually bother with betas but for this app it may be worth it for my flight tonight to see the changes.
