I was hoping the pricing would be around $100 - $150 range, but this is quite ridiculous??

Maybe you should look again. It's 324.999999,99 Million, not 325.

And apart from missing a few digits you aslso missed the cheeky previous price was 325 Million flat and thus they only reduced it by one cent.😉

  • Three hundred and twenty five million dollars is very reasonable for a 777. The average price for a real 777 is around $375 million. You are saving over $50 million dollars, plus you get free delivery

  • It is so stupid how they keep the price a secret till the very last minute.

  • Details details....  $325 vs $325,000,000   I mean I can see how you can easily miss those 6 zeros if you don't actually take the time to look....

*Market rate valuation* for a new 77W is currently $86.5m (Q1 2024). Even back in Spring 2013, less than a decade after its first delivery, market rate was less than half the list price at $162m. Valuation fell below nine figures back in Summer 2022.

Ahhh that may be true, BUT - will they replace the plane for free if it ever crashes, an unlimited number of times? Heck, PMDG will even provide you with a fresh factory new plane simply upon request!

Those yucky real world planes just sit there and depreciate - and if you crash you have to buy a whole new one!

As if that’s not enough - PMDG even provides free repositioning services and will transport your plane to any airport in the world. Stuck in a snow storm? No problem - PMDG will transport your plane anywhere for FREE!

$325M is the deal of the century!!

They’ll even repaint the plane for free as many times as you want - certainly a better deal than Boeing!

Besides, I’m sure PMDG has financing options available.

OH great, so we make a big deal with the $325 million, WOWW cool..🤣😂

Edited to add:

Discounts for factory-fresh airliners are thought to be in the region of anywhere from 20%–30% (even 50% depending on order size, customer and age of aircraft design). So that would mean anywhere between $187.5m–$300m.

So... We are paying 239mi for the PMDG livery? Fair enough. It's like a Louis Vuitton bag.

Thrustmaster TCA Sidestick Airbus // TCA Quadrant Airbus // TFRP T.Flight Rudder Pedals // Logitech Flight Multi Panel

I just got off the phone with Boeing.  Things have not been good for them so they are willing to cut me a deal on the real thing....its cheaper than what PMDG wants 🤣

The PMDG house colour scheme is the only one that I ever use.

have to say I seem to be the average marketplace customer judging from the FSExpo insights which MSFT shared that anything up to 30USD/EUR sells best (IIRC). For that plus/minus 5 I would buy the 777 without even looking at it. But for anything more I will wait and see. just got out the 737-700 recently to give her a spin since I realized I fly her very seldom. performance wise that is still superior to the FBW or FENIX. and yet I fly the latter most and prefered. so my only reasons for the 777 would be the long(er) haul routes. I'll see...

This is the first plane release I’ve seen and payed attention to. Gotta say that it was quite funny to wake up to.
