July 18, 20241 yr Just a reminder that if you do log in and see your profile has been reset, and have to go through the initial steps... 1. Go through the steps to set up your new profile. 2. Once you're in the in-game menu, click on your profile in top right and select "SIGN OUT" 3. Go through the log-in process, and afterwards I suggest you quit the game and relaunch. This should restore a good portion of your account – control bindings, logbook, etc. You will have to re-do your graphics and assistance settings I believe. Worked for me last time.

July 19, 20241 yr I just tried starting MSFS and a noticed popped up saying X Box Service has a problem, and button says check X box status. I pressed that, and it says "Account and Profile" Major outage." I think this is the exact problem we had a couple of weeks ago, and took them many hours to fix it.
