July 19, 20241 yr I was doing a flight while people were reporting outages last night and had no connection issues. Maybe the specific cluster I'm near was fine
July 19, 20241 yr From what I've heard, there were two separate issues. First, there was an MS Azure outage that may or may not have been caused by CrowdStrike's faulty security software. This one also affected Xbox and MSFS, but was dealt with rather quickly. The issue that really hit hard and caused all the BSODs at airports and so on was caused by a CrowdStrike security update, not directly by MS/Azure. Edited July 19, 20241 yr by tymk
