July 23, 20241 yr Big update today for the British Isles as discussed in previous topics. We normally get them at 1600 UTC, 1700 BST, 1800 CET, 1200 ET. I usually (unless I forget) rename my community folder, though I doubt whether it is really worthwhile and give my PC a bit of a cleanup beforehand. Remember to clear your caches too. Will be interesting to see how the MS servers cope with the increased demand this time as Jorg said it would be a pretty hefty download. Looking forward massively to this one. I've archived some of my addon photo scenerys for the region in anticipation. Don't forget to download the scenery from the marketplace and check your content manager after downloading the initial update (as many of us have done in the past). Hope you all get a trouble free update. July 23, 20241 yr Curious to see how this will affect Orbx London and UK scenery. And I kind of like my Burning Blue Farnborough so the new one will have to be great for me to abandon it. Likewise the freeware Stansted. 9950X3D - X870E Aorus Master- TUF 5090 OC - 64GB DDR5 - 1500W HXi - Titan 360 RX LCD - 9100 Pro x 2 - LG 45GX950A - HOTAS Warthog with Ava Base
July 23, 20241 yr I use the freeware Stansted, so the comparison will be interesting. I also have the Orbx GB Regions Bundle and British Isles mesh. I wonder if these will conflict with the WU? I will be looking at all my ORBX Great Britain addons and have already archived my freeware Stansted and Burning Blue Farnborough. I had an addon for Glastonbury Tor which I've also archived. I've also updated my original post to corret the ET time and remind to purge your caches (especially rolling cache). I will also empty my Nvidia caches as well. July 23, 20241 yr Author Yep. It's now live. Just a further thought.
