October 30, 20241 yr I am just getting tired of having to restart the flight every third time to get rid of the spinning circle.

One more day, Bob 🙂 I'm not touching MSFS today cause tomorrow (!!!!) we get the A380 and PMDG fixes this. October 30, 20241 yr So glad I uninstalled this PMDG software. Edited October 30, 20241 yr by B777ER Eric

October 30, 20241 yr Just to be clear for those who are having a hard time following this thread, the fix for those individuals who were having a problem with updating the navdata to the current AIRAC was solved externally without the need to a PMDG update. I was one of those impacted a few days ago, and as of this morning, the update works from the tablet. The Navigraph Hub is no longer required. Also, it appears that there will shortly be an actual PMDG update forthcoming this week that will deal with the tablet issue that has been observed by some. As for the float upon landing, that's not something I have observed, but this seems potentially sensitive to local controller settings. I did have a problem with an overly sensitive rudder control (zero dead zone) causing fluttering of the nosewheel in a strong crosswind, but that went away when I created a small dead zone. No doubt I'll go through all of this again when MS2024 appears. October 30, 20241 yr When Robert stated, "[...]Amazon AWS forcibly deprecating a specific type of security certificate from their global distribution system," does that mean it removed that certificate from some and not others? If so, that might be the reason why some like me, were not affected. *shrug*

I haven't seen any float issues with the 737 either, but I do try and nail the approach speeds carefully as well as the runway aiming point.
October 30, 20241 yr I have no problem with final approach speeds in my 737-600, but a short distance before the flare (a few hundred feet off the ground), the nose of my plane lifts very slightly. That is enough to suddenly change a rock solid stable approach into one that requires me to push the nose down a bit. That is not something that I normally have to do, and it is somewhat annoying. NOTE: This never happened before the most recent update. Can you establish how/where that deviation is coming from? e.g. is it external physical forces (wind/thermal etc) on airframe or is it control surface deviation? Or does the plane just rotate like this on its own? No stab trim? If you view plane from outside are elevators and trim tabs etc stable all the time? Russell Gough SE London

Fair enough for those on Xbox, hopefully PC users will be able to continue using the Navigraph hub.
