Are the external views displayed correctly with ChasePlane? You know what I mean. Without the "stretched wing panorama-o-vision" mode in operation.

+1 looks terrible.

The developers try and make it look "as real as it gets" and then someone comes along and makes it look like we're viewing everything on LSD😁

I won’t be commenting more on this because everything will be revealed in due time but… This very “feature” is the first thing we got rid of in this new version of CP. It made my blood boil from day 1.

And it is free 🙂 Not sure why Asobo couldn't have done the same thing, they've had long enough, I wonder how many people are using XPrealisitic as a stopgap.

Are you sure were talking about the same thing? As X-Camera, certainly was not free, not expensive though at $12 if i remember.

I’m talking about physics based camera… Hence why I quoted Aviator_2024 and not you 🙂

This has been the elephant in the room ever since FS2020 launched.  Really glad it's coming back.

Omg when??? Fsrealiatic is going bye bye

FSRealistic is more of a sound app than a camera app (which is great)   I always use it but have never really been impressed with the camera

Nice. Worth it for the fly-by camera alone.

I saw no fly-by anything like an FSX fly-by.  Did you?

That is true. I hope Chaseplane has the sounds just like FsRealistic but i doubt it. I rather have the proper motion physics than the sounds to be honest.

I don't recall Chaseplane providing sounds.  But I'm good without it as well

I just hope it has the horizontal and vertical axis motion and the head tilting like in P3d. The new X-plane physics based camera is amazing!!  I think FS 2020 SDK is much different and less customizable than P3d was. I really hope its not a nerfed version of P3d
