Hopefully they don't butcher it because people have wanted a good ATL for years. I might be an easy custumer to satisfy as I find Burbank 2.00 ok. The only drawback with Matteo Veneziani is the fact that his scenery were full of static aircrafts, even at the gate without the possibility to remove them. That's the case for his Olbia airport but I'm sure it won't be the case for KATL.

Based on the shadows in the screenshots they appear to be taken in 2020. Edited February 6, 20251 yr by Tuskin38

I flew the A300 in there (fun lol), pulled over to the FedEx ramp at 3-5 fps, looked up at the texture and was immediately disappointed. I figured I had some freeware or something installed - nope lol

As the Socal area naturally can crush any system due to AI alone. I remember the P3d days with bgl traffic and I'd commonly have upwards of 700-800 ai in the area. i7-13700KF, 32gb DDR4 3200, RTX 4080, Win 11, MSFS 2024
February 6, 20251 yr Orbx KBUR 1 is fine, I like it. KBUR 2 is a stutter fest. The only airport I never could get to perform well enough to use it. The upgrade to 2 was free, so no money lost for me. Every now and then I reinstall KBUR 2 and it never is a good experience, fps go below 10 ! 5800X3D, RTX4070, 600 Watt, one or two 1440p 32" screens, 64 GB RAM, 4 TB PCle 3 NVMe, Warthog throttle, VKB NXT EVO stick, Honeycomb Alpha yoke, CH quad, 3 Logitech panels, 2 StreamDecks, Desktop Aviator Trim Panel. Crystal Light VR.
February 6, 20251 yr Burbank is one airport I purchased that I just won't install; the texturing was just horrible. It was one of the reasons I stopped purchasing airports from ORBX for a long time and I am now quite careful what I get there. I was ok with performance, but the airport just looked bad. The new shots for Atlanta look pretty good though! MSFS 2024. Primary Planes: Black Square TBM850, Duke, Baron, Caravan; A2A Comanche; FSReborn Phenom; Fexix A321; PMDG 737-7, 777: Utilities: Active Sky (Passive Mode); BATC, FSLTL.
February 6, 20251 yr For the amount of times that I fly ATL, the enhanced version has been good enough. I find that some payware airports cause stutters and pauses and that has prevented me from buying too many add-on airports. MSFS

It’s an area many of us are very familiar with, and there’s a little spot there many people in aviation have filed into at 7 AM for annoying interviews with the Widget Reich.
