June 30, 2025Jun 30 One of my first Marketplace purchases for FS2020, but far from my favorite. What's odd is that if I search for it on FS2024, the listing says that it's unavailable for that version of the sim. I'm guessing I have done something stupid again, but can't figure out what. June 30, 2025Jun 30 I had a chat with Aerosoft at Expo. It will be on the MP as part of Thursday's update. They wanted to release the two updates as close together as possible. They got the OK from MS right before the show.

So fun how in the mean time, they have just been saying that customers should talk to Microsoft about why the update was not available in MSFS 2024 yet. That it was fully out of their control. But supposedly now it was pre-planned all along? I call BS. More likely that the first V2 update did not pass whatever checks are in place for Marketplace addons to be deemed compatible with 2024, up until this new update.

When I talked to them at Expo it was specifically around the update that just released today. They said they had approval from MS for this update right before Expo. They wanted this update to release around the same time as the MP release. Aerosoft said on their Discord it will be part of this Thursday's general MP update. I wasn't asking about any updates to the MP prior to that. I didn't care about those. I was waiting to buy it before today's update hit. So I bought it from Contrail this morning.

June 30, 2025Jun 30 Just installed the update and seems to be working good. Is anybody using the Boris Soundpack having issues with engine start spool up? There is no sound coming from the engines until like 40% N1 ( worked fine before) Maybe the soundpack needs an update ...

July 1, 2025Jul 1 For those on Contrails, Could be just be me, but I had to install it twice. Maybe cause it was never installed properly for 2024. (Cant remember) The first install did not do the update. Had to go into the update tab for it to install the latest update. Also, make sure you update your Navigraph after thru the Hub.
